Helen Halliday's main inspiration is the sea and she returns regularly to the coast to paint and sketch - she runs regular painting holidays in Lulworth Cove, Dorset. She works in a variety of media including painting, printmaking and ceramics. She appeared on Channel 4's Watercolour Challenge in 2001 and 2002 and has worked with sculptor Andy Goldsworthy
